
Staff development at Lund University is defined as various forms of learning and activities that increase the competence of the individual and the group, and thus the organisation as a whole.
Staff development could, for example, involve new duties, management tasks, operational development, research and other academic activities, teaching, educational development, participation in networks or international exchange, coaching and mentorship. Staff development also includes various types of training programmes and courses.
